Trade show, print and marketing design for photonics companies

I write and check the technical content for your booth, banners, brochures and catalogs, and my design partners turn it into finished artwork. Most of the design goes to Pento Agency (opens in a new tab), who designed and built this site. You work with me from the brief to the print-ready files.

Trade show booths, banners and pull-ups

A booth graphic has to make sense to an engineer walking past it. I write the headline and the spec callouts, check every value against your released data, and supply the plots, line drawings and renders the graphics need. The designers lay out the backwall, counter and banners at the sizes your exhibit house or printer asks for.

Print pieces carry more numbers than anything else you hand out, so they get the same checking as a datasheet. I gather the specs, test conditions and part names for each page, and the designers set them in your brand.

Common questions

Do I deal with Pento directly?

You don’t need to. I’m your contact from the brief to the final files, and I pass your content, data and feedback to the designers.

Can the design follow our brand guidelines?

Yes. The design follows your guidelines, fonts and logo files. If you don’t have guidelines yet, Pento designs brand identities and guidelines too.

Do you print the materials or build the booth?

Tell me in the brief whether you already have a printer or exhibit house. The files are prepared to their templates, and the proposal states what is included.

Is the technical content checked like your other work?

Yes. Every value, unit and part name is checked against your released data, and your engineers approve the proof before anything is printed.

What do you need from us to start?

The show date or print deadline, the products to feature, your released datasheets and drawings, your brand files, and any templates from your printer or exhibit house.

Discuss a marketing project
