Common questions
Who owns the photos?
You do. Every package includes full commercial usage of all delivered files: web, print, datasheets, trade shows, distributor catalogs. No per-channel licensing.
What about revisions?
Retouching revisions are included. If a background needs cleaning or a reflection bothers you, I fix it.
How do I get parts to you?
Ship them insured, or I photograph on-site anywhere in Southern California. I handle the parts for return after the shoot.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, before anything ships. Unreleased products are handled the same way as released ones: kept out of sight, and never shown without your written permission.
How fast is turnaround?
72 hours for Essentials, one week for Professional. Rush available, ask when you get in touch.
What if my product is bigger than a component?
The same lighting discipline works on enclosures, instruments, and full assemblies. Send a photo of the product and I will confirm scope in the quote.
Can you make renders instead of photos?
Yes, when the part isn’t built yet or the inside is the point. I make them from a 3D model built from your released drawings. Ask when you get in touch.
